Successful Engagements!
In December 2019, Primus Technology Consulting completed a successful IT consulting engagement with a state's Division of Workers' Compensation. The project involved providing system architecture consulting services to a large IT modernization initiative within the agency.
This was followed by a long-term follow on project to provide subject matter expert consulting services to the same customer. Currently, we are providing management oversight to the implementation phase of the modernization initiative.
In 2020, Primus Technology Consulting supported a pilot project for a federal agency that involved applying AI and machine learning techniques to evaluate provider/plan billing patterns within Medicare Advantage Encounter Claims.
